This Easter break, The Children’s Academy campus was filled with the sound of laughter. One of our students, “Micheline” (pictured above left), spent her holiday jumping rope, playing soccer, and watching movies with friends. For a few precious hours each day, the courtyard became a sanctuary of joy.
For children in Haiti, these moments are deeply significant. Having endured years of trauma and insecurity, many of our students carry a burden of anxiety that no child should have to bear. That is why we open our doors during school breaks; by welcoming them back to campus, we create a safe environment where healing begins through play and friendship.
For Micheline, jumping rope is more than a game—it is an act of restoration. These moments reduce anxiety, restore a sense of normalcy, and remind every child that they are loved and protected.

At Haiti Partners, our commitment to holistic education means caring for the heart and spirit as much as the mind. We are deeply grateful for your support, which makes these safe spaces possible. Because of you, children like Micheline can set aside their fears and simply be children.
Thank you for your partnership and for the light you bring to these communities.
