Haiti Partners makes the 2010 WorldBlu “Most Democratic Workplaces” award list!

This month Haiti Partners was recognized by WorldBlu as one of their top 44 organizations exemplifying organizational democracy. As described on their website,

“Organizational democracy is a system of organization that is based on freedom, instead of fear and control. It’s a way of designing organizations to amplify the possibilities of human potential — and the organization as a whole.”
