For the 6th year running, Haiti Partners is honored to have made it onto the WorldBlu Most Freedom-Centered Workplaces list. Organizations make it onto the list through a rigorous assessment process completed by employees which evaluates an organization’s design along a fear-based to freedom-centered continuum in three core areas: leadership, individual performance and systems/processes. Assessment questions are based on the WorldBlu 10 Principles of Organizational Democracy.
What’s more, at the WorldBlu Summit meeting this week in Miami, Haiti Partners was recognized for its Dialogue & Listening practices for its use of Circles of Change.
We’re so grateful for our partnership with WorldBlu which continues to push us forward in positive ways towards becoming a healthier, happier, more freedom-centered organization.
