Haiti Partners Shares the Love with Local Caregivers

 In community, General

Haiti Partners is grateful for the many who support our work and live on the Treasure Coast. Our challenges here in the US pale in comparison to families in Haiti who face limited access to basic needs like food and water amid the current pandemic.

While our planned annual fundraiser – Educate & Celebrate: Hope Rising – was cancelled, we are thankful our community remains healthy, thanks to the tireless efforts of our local healthcare workers and first responders.

As a small gesture of appreciation, we made a special delivery of Haitian chocolates – originally gifts for our event guests – to share among the more than 535 nurses and caregivers at our local Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, in Vero Beach, FL (where Haiti Partners is based).

We remain steadfast in our commitment to Helping Haitians change Haiti through education and believe we must continue to build a better more equitable world for future generations.

We look forward to the time we can again gather and enjoy each other’s company. We thank Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital for being a vital part of the health of our community. We are all in this together.
