Kesner Pharel and EDUCATECH

I (John Engle) had the pleasure of meeting with Haitian economist Kesner Pharel this past week. Mr. Pharel is well-known in Haiti through his work with Groupe Croissance and Educatech. He is passionate about integrating technology into primary schools and beyond toward equipping Haitians with skills needed in the international market place. I’ve enjoyed listening to Mr. Pharel on radio shows for years.
