Children’s Academy Community Meeting

Yesterday afternoon about a hundred people (what I said in the video was later determined to be incorrect) turned out for a community meeting about Haiti Partners Children’s Academy. We’re encouraged by their participation.

Stacey McMahan representing Architecture For Humanity and Douglass Oliver with BAR Architects and I (John Engle) presented three different possible plans for the design of the campus. Good input was received and now Doug will integrate it into the next round of drafts for a meeting on March 3rd. It’s wonderful to be in partnership with Architecture For Humanity and BAR Architects on this project.
