Meditation with Anthony Profeta

meditation

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses techniques such as mindfulness to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. In a small group practice we will learn to cultivate the ability to put the mind where we want it, when we want it there, for as long as we want it there. “This is a very powerful ability. For, once we can do this, rather than the mind being the master of us, we become the master of our mind.” Anthony Profeta is an internationally-known medical student turned meditation/mindfulness teacher and singing bowl specialist.
