Merline’s Hot Sauce is made in small batches with Caribbean Scotch Bonnet peppers grown in Haiti by the students and parents of the Children’s Academy and local farmers using sustainable permaculture techniques. Through working with Merline at the school and in their gardens, parents and youth learn entrepreneurship skills and generate income for themselves and the school.
Ingredients – Organically grown Caribbean Scotch Bonnet Peppers, organic apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, coconut milk, bell pepper, olive oil, fresh crushed garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper.
