Character.org recognizes HP’s VSL program as “Promising Practice”

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1557187347186{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Haiti Partners has been named a “Promising Practice” recipient by Character.org, for its Village and Saving and Loan program at the Children’s Academy and Learning Center. Character.org is a Washington D.C. based organization that has become a national leader and advocate for character development across the country and internationally. They have certified 231 “Promising Practices” to organizations and schools from across the United States as well as from Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Uganda. Character.org’s mission is to provide leadership, voice, and resources to help individuals and groups along their character journey.

Their dedication to character development has proven over time to increase the well being of so many individuals and their communities across the United States and beyond,” said Doug Karr, Character.org’s President and CEO.
