Thank You from Kent & Kids at IMN Community School!

In Partner Schools, Quality Schools Program

January 7, 2010

On a recent Haiti trip, Co-Director, Kent Annan, visited IMN Community School.  After befriending a little girl named Katira –  a five year old, just like Kent’s daughter, Simone – he was inspired to do this short video to give thanks to all the supporters who have helped IMN begin again after the earthquake completely destroyed their school buildings.  Katira is the especially giggly little girl to Kent’s left.

IMN Community School has been a model of constructive partnership.  Special thanks for its ongoing progress goes out to: Kids4good, Schools Count Corp., Global Hope, LifeGivingForce, Reed Elsevier, Rosetta Fair and Officer Donald J. Marquez Charter School, Yanique Edmond and The People’s Community Baptist Church, Shimer College, and many individual supporters.  If it wasn’t for your generous support, Katira might not be in school today.  Thank you!
